When I start the engine I noticed the climate control system seems to be loosing the effect on the air blend passage doors with noisy opening/closing, it starts blowing very cold air then followed with very hot air and so on, but after long driving it comes back to normal. It happens again if I switch off and restart the engine.

Check fuse #19 labeled RDO battery. It sounds like the module is not retaining memory. It goes through a self test whenever the power is disconnected, but it's not supposed to do it by merely shutting the key off. I'm thinking it may not have any keep alive memory power.
