AC problems after it reaches a certain temperature

I recharge the car on air conditioning coolant stuff no leaks or nothing when it is 95 degrees outside. My air conditioner does not work, it blows out hot air and cold air out all the vents other than that when the temperature is lower than 95 it run the air conditioner. Runs perfect I have checked everything and do not know what to do.

What are the actual pressures inside the AC system? It sounds like it is overcharged and the higher temperatures are raising the system pressures up high enough that the high pressure cut-out switch is tripping and shutting it down.
