I can run my A/C until I turn it off and when I turn it back on It will blow the fuse?

I had my A/C recharged. The guy put a jumper on it, I can run my A/C until I turn it off and when I turn it back on It will blow the fuse, sometimes the fuse will blow shortly after replacing when I turn it back on. Please help me troubleshoot this issue.

I assume it is the A/C fuse that blows under the hood 15 amp, correct? If so, this will happen when the A/C compressor clutch coil starts to go out which sounds like this is happening to your car. To be sure let's remove the electrical connector from the compressor and then turn the system on to see if the fuse blows. If not, you know for sure it is the compressor clutch engagement coil. Here are the compressor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Here is how to replace the A/C compressor coil. You will need to vacuum down and recharge the system; this video will help:
