I assume it is the A/C fuse that blows under the hood 15 amp, correct? If so, this will happen when the A/C compressor clutch coil starts to go out which sounds like this is happening to your car. To be sure let's remove the electrical connector from the compressor and then turn the system on to see if the fuse blows. If not, you know for sure it is the compressor clutch engagement coil. You will need to vacuum down and recharge the system; this video will help:
