It was mentioned that the front mode door two actuator (defrost) problem and now the A/C clutch sometimes when I shut the A/C off still engaged.

So, I need to know where the location of the front mode door two actuator to remove and change with new one to fix the issue.

The scan code in detail:

B11c5 front mode door two control performance or incorrect operation.
B11C6 front mode door two travel range too small.

Thank you

Below are the location and replacement instructions for the mode door actuator. I was wondering if something like a pen got dropped down the vent which happens. Because you have a range code but that could be a bad actuator as well. When the actuator is removed try to move the door pivot by hand to see if it has full range. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Yep. It is on the right side of the HVAC housing. Once removed try to work the HVAC blend door by hand you may have an obstruction causing the issue. You can upload an image to be sure.
