A/C fan only works on high setting

i turn on my A/C and I can hear it come on but the fan doesn't come on except on high. first the low stop working,then the others stopped working. is the climate control the problem even if it turns on the A/C compressor?

Hello,

Nine times out of ten it is the blower motor resistor. here is the location. I would remove it and look for burn marks telling you it is no good. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
