Hello,

This could be due to a faulty blend door actuator on the driver's side. There are two of these actuators on this vehicle.
The blend door actuator controls the flow or hot/cold air. If it is not allowing the blend door to go all the way to cold side, that will lead to warmer air even with the A/C working properly.

The blend door actuator for the driver side is located under the dash.

I have attached diagrams below for your reference.

let me know of any questions.

Thank you.

Hi,

Your answer was good, but it was about American cars, and my car is Mercedes Benz.
Thank you

Hello,

This is listed for a US spec Mercedes Benz. If you have Euro spec Benz, then the actual procedure would be little different. But it will still have blend door actuators just like the US spec vehicle.

Thank you.
