AC turns off when driving

My AC works but it will only kick on when the car is idling and not moving, as soon as I start to drive it kicks off after about second gear. I cannot figure out why. Please help if have any any ideas.

The system does this when it is low on Freon. Here is a guide and a video to help you add the refrigerant:
