Hi,
It could be a few things. First, do you notice the AC compressor engaging when you turn the system on? If not, have you tried recharging the system?
Here is a link explaining how that is done:

If the compressor does engage, then suspect an issue with the blend air door. The blend air door is what determines the air temperature entering the cab. On this vehicle. On this vehicle, it is vacuum actuated (engine vacuum). I attached two pics below showing the vacuum schematic and what each hose is for. In this case, we are focusing on number six in the picture.
The actuator is located on the HVAC box under the dash, locate the vacuum hoses first. Start the engine and listen for a hissing sound. If you don't hear anything, look for a dark blue plastic vacuum hose and follow it to the actuator. Disconnect it and start the engine. Place the controller on A/C and see if there is a vacuum being supplied to the hose. If there is, replace the actuator. If there is no leak, inspect all vacuum hoses under the dash for leaks.
What I would do is locate the tan vacuum hose and check it for a vacuum with the engine running. That is the supply hose. If there is no vacuum there, the problem is between there and the engine. Chances are the hose got brittle and has broken.
Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Take care,
joe
