Blower fan speeds?

The A/C only cools when the fan speed is at lower setting (1 and 2). Once I turn the setting to 3 or 4 the fan still blows air but A/C light goes off and the air is no longer cold.

This is almost surely the control module. I am attaching the process below on how to replace this.

However, if you want to confirm this I attached the wiring diagram and we need to monitor the voltage from the control module on the blower feed back and then on the A/C output. You will see that the voltage will go away on the A/C output circuit when you switch the fan to high.
