I am trying to find the AC clutch relay on the vehicle listed above. Where is it at? The AC is not working.

Good evening.

The relay is in the fuse block. I attached a picture and legend to identify relays. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.

Was warm on idle cold when driving, used AC PRO to put in refrigerant. Then compressor cycled quickly then stopped. When engine off pressure gauge is in the red. Not sure on wiring diagram but I bypassed the relay and not compressor. The relay socket has 12 vdc on two of the terminals with engine running. Is there more to the power portion of the compressor circuit than fuse, relay contacts and compressor? Where is the pressure switch in the circuit? I hope I am clear.

Hello there, are you saying the pressure gauge on the refill tank was in the red? That means you have too much refrigerant in the system or more likely a restriction in the system. I would not go bypassing any circuits to get the compressor to run at this point, if you have too much pressure already on the low side, then something else is wrong, probably stopping power to the compressor. The A/C pressure switches are on the high and low side lines, but you will have to have someone take out all the refrigerant and put the correct amount in and then check the pressures on both lines to make sure it is within spec. A bad expansion valve or restricted receiver drier can cause high pressure on the low side line.
