I replaced the dryer and had the system put under vacuumed and filled, so it is blowing cold. But, it does not seem to be blowing very hard. It just cannot keep up with the Texas heat.
I thought it was maybe the interior air filter, but apparently the 1997 does not have one. So, what else do you think could be the problem? Should I just replace the whole blower?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe there is a blend door stuck or an actuator not in full motion. If fan speeds are the same when on different speed settings, it may be a fried blower motor resistor.
