My A/C has only been blowing towards my feet. It sounded like a faulty mode door actuator. I've removed two actuators on the passenger side and was going to trial and error to determine which was the correct actuator. The pins are pointed in different directions. How do i get them to line up correctly?

The mode actuator is up and away so I hope you got the right one. here is a diagram of the location. If the door drive does not line up with the new actuator just manually move the door pivot until it does line up with the actuator drive. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
