A/C leaking water?

When aircon is on, it leaks water or condensate to the passenger side front. The front foot mat is completely wet and there is a small puddle of water.

That sounds like the HVAC drain tube is clogged. They can get plugged with dirt and other crud and it blocks the flow, to unplug it you need to get under the car and use something like a chopstick to probe in the drain tube and open it up. Be careful and avoid being directly under it as it can be nasty material. The drain will usually be just a small rubber tube sticking out of the firewall.

Yep, this happens when the evaporator drain gets clogged with debris. You will need a compressor air it blows into the drain tube which will be at the lower part of the firewall. Please go over this video which will help:
