AC kicks on and off and the free on is full

I am having a slight problem with my ac... it kicks on for like 30 seconds and kicks back off even when it is really hot in the car. I have no clue what could be wrong with it. I am hoping for only a switch or a sensor that has went bad...

Have you checked to make sure the system is properly charged? If it is low on freon, this can happen.

Yes i have gotten it charged. Just got it done yesterday at 1.5lbs. The max my system holds.

Where is that located?? My uncle, who was the one who recharged it with the system he has at his shop, said the same thing, but I'm not sure where it's located at...

It should be on the accumulator dryer. I have attached a pic of one.
