Hello,
This could be a problem with your blower motor. The blower motor in your vehicle is like a fan that circulates air through your vents. You control the speed of the blower motor via the fan speed switch. The electricity going to the blower runs through a series of resistors to control it's speed. For instance low speed might run through three resistors, Medium speed might only run through two resistors and high speed might only run through one. The more resistance the less currant reaches the blower motor and the less it will run.
I have included a couple of links for you down below to go through.

Please go through these guides. In the diagrams below I have also included troubleshooting test specific to your vehicle for the blower motor and instructions for removal and installation and the location for cabin air filter. Please get back to us with what you find out.
Thanks,
Alex
