Was cooling very little say on a scale of 10, a 1.
Compressor was cycling on and off.
Ac button responds to compressor.
Tried to add freon didn't take it
Gauge on low side first showed it at 110.
Then i tried to empty any freon if any from low pressure port and i had a lot of just air coming out, no freon, when i did that for a whole the compressor staed. I thought maybe it was overfilled. Coolness was not good all warm.
Added a bit to f freon it took it but nothing got better. Checked high side and soon as i opened it it was about 250. After i emptied all the air coming out it has gotten down to 20, added freon to 45 still not cold

I have seen people change the motor or the whole assembly, is it easy to replace the motor without disconnecting any ac lines?

Yep, I looked at the instructions and they don't mention anything about the AC vacuum and recharge.
