The passenger side A/C blowing warm air?

The driver's side is okay, passenger is warm. If you drive it gets a minor improvement on both sides, am suspecting a weak compressor, checked freon level and its full, removed some and then tried again I can't add a lot, its full. fan works, these have non electric fans, I also see a bit of a wobble while the compressor is running, also it does not cycle on and off, it's on always so it's fine, and like I said only the driver side is cold, but it's not where it should be.

I don't think this compressor has a clutch; it is internally valved. What are the high and low side pressures? This video will help you:

Looks like it has a clutch, or something cause the outside clutch kicks on when you turn the A/C on. Gauges went bad and I am relying on two individual ones which both show the level is full. I am suspecting the heater control valve.

Yep, it looks like a clutch, but it is not, this system has a refrigerant compensation valve. Does it show the high side pressure? Check out the images (below).
