AC issue compressor kept cycling off and on?

This has been going on foe a while now. It all started when the compressor kept cycling off and on. I try to check the freon but the gauge is extrenely high when it cycles on but its in thr green area when its off. No cool air whatsoever. Most of the time the green light flashes on the circulation button when I try to turn it on. Ive had it vacuumed and recharged but no luck. I havent done anything else to it. What do yall think

It could have a clogged orifice tube. Can you tell me what the high side pressure is when the system is running? Please go over this video to help.

I have already done a vacuum and recharge.the shop did it. I tried to find a leak with us dye and didnt see anything. I tested the ac relay and the relay slots and thatchecks out as it should

Okay, so you have a lean then? See the low side gauge will be in the green with the system not on, then while it cycles because it is low the gauge will go from green to blue because the system is low. Here is a video to help, also look at the bottom of the compressor to see if it is oily, this can be a sign the front seal is bad which is common.

Also, look at the condenser for oil as well. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on
