I turn in the air and it will come out of the vents and from the floor. I push the button for defrost and it moves to defrost them I put it back to vents and it blows normally for a few minutes and then starts moving to the floor again. It never moves all the way to the floor. Is this in the blend door or do I need to replace the AC controller?

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included the factory troubleshooting procedures for your vehicle's Mode Control Door. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out. It calls for the use of a multimeter, so I have included a link below for you to go to if you are unfamiliar with how to use one.

I checked the wiring with the multi-meter. Everything seemed fine and even ordered and replaced the control unit just in case. Still having the same issue. Crawled under the dash and took this video. I couldn't tell exactly what was going wrong. Hoping you guys could help. Thanks

Hello again,

It looks like your actuator is starting to fail. I would replace the actuator.

Thanks,
Alex
