Hi,
We need to start with the what the pressures are. Did they happen to tell you or are you able to hook up a gauge set to get high and low side pressures? Don't use one of the gauges that come on the Freon bottle. We need an actual gauge set to get an accurate reading. We need to know what they are with the engine off and running with A/C turned on. Then we need to know if the compressor is coming on or not. Clearly we can assume it is not the compressor if it was replaced but if it is not coming on then we have a different issue then if the pressures are not correct.
