So a month or so ago my air conditioning on my driver side stopped working. It was only blowing hot air while the passenger side would blow cold air. Did some research decided it was more than likely the blend door actuator. It wasn't moving whenever I would change temperatures. So I ordered a new one. Changed it. It worked for about a month now. I've also been having problems with my refrigerant leaking I believe because I've had to refill it like three times in the last month. So I'm sure that's a whole other issue but I filled it today and it blew cold all day long. I had to unhook the battery for a little while to do some other things. When I hooked the battery back up and eventually got my car going again. All the sudden my driver side was blowing hot air again. I have tried all the little tricks and tips you can find online to reset the blend door actuator, to reset my AC. I don't know what else to do and I just need some advice on maybe what it could be or what I could do to try to fix it or if I just need another actuator.

It does sound like the actuator is bad again because it is defective but you might want to try resetting the system first. This guide can help you.

Here is a video on how to find the AC leak as well.

Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on.
