AC/heater vents

Greetings and good videos. Here is my problem; the heater and AC both work fine except it only blows out the defrost and feet vents, not the center/face vents. The rear AC also works fine and does blow out from the vents that are mounted above the seats behind the drivers seat, thank you. The dealer wants around $ 300.00 or so to fix the problem. is this something I can fix myself? according to your good videos everything says actuator above the gas peddle. is this correct ?

first turn the key on and pull HVAC or fuse for heater inside truck for sixty seconds then reinstall it may reset it. otherwise it is the actuator or control. there are two different HVAC units one is d07 other is not it will say on glove box. see picture. it is above gas pedal arrow points front.
