HVAC not working properly on passenger side?

A/C and heater work fine on driver's side. But not on the passenger side. Temperature stays the same even when Temperature setting is on High or low.

This happens when the air mix servo motor has gone out for the passenger side which is common. here is the location in the images below so you can change it out to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
