I had a problem a while ago but got a temp fix and I use to jump the two connectors and the fan would come on but wouldnt shut off with the car so I added a toggle switch then one day it failed all together no power what so ever

Check to see if the relay under hood is any good and check for a burnt wire harness because you jumped the wires

Yes everything is ok I mean what other fuses are there and then there is supposply a inline blower motor relay and dont know where that is

There is no relay for blower only a 40a fuse in power dist center by battery. If it still doesn't work after replacing fuse have it scanned for codes it may be a body module or heater module issue. Also if it works on high but nothing else check blower resistor by blower.

Doesnt work at all even with manual temp control it can give codes

Fuse 20 on inside fuse panel supplies power if that fuse is good see if the whtk/pink wire leading to control panel has power if it does then your control head or body module have been damaged from you jumping the power to make blower work. You can check the lt grn and lt blu wires coming out for speeds 1&2 if using a test light you will have to use the positive side to act as ground on those circuits
