Each time car is started I hear a buzzing noise, that lasts about sixty seconds, under the dash. It appears that there are three levers, shown in illus. parts no. 30, 29, and 27. Part no. 30 is not connected to Part no. 29 and it seems that is what is causing the noise. I can touch Part no. 29 and the noise stops. I do not know if Parts nos. 29 and 30 are broken, or have just come apart, or maybe a part is missing? These parts/noise are under the dash on the driver's side of the A/C heat case.
