Hi,
Does the blower fan not come on? Basically, when you turn this on do you hear or feel air coming out of any vents at all? If not, then we need to find out if there is a fuse/resistor issue with the fan, wiring issue, or the blower motor itself is not working.
The way to do this is to go to the fan and test for power with the fan turned on. I see you selected the "no knowledge" option so let me know if you are going to do the testing yourself or just looking for an idea as to what it could be.
If you want to test it yourself, you need a volt meter and access to the blower motor which is behind the glove box. Then turn the blower on and test the voltage on each wire. Let me know what you find.
