AC heat speedometer not working?

ac heat speedometer and cruise not working. checked all appropriate fuses

I would recheck the Gauge fuse 7.5 amp and the IG1 fuse 10 amp in the fuse panel on the left side if the dash, this video can help.

These fuses are shared between the systems. Please let me know.
