AC/heat not blowing

AC/heat not blowing no matter what volume selected. power is showed on display but nothing blowing out at all.

You will have to get the power at the blower motor tested. normally if the blower resistor fails you do not lose all speeds. check the voltage into the blower motor on all speeds and see what you have. if you have voltage, the motor will probably be faulty.
