Hi, I have the vehicle listed above and my temperature is stuck at one setting. I can switch the knob where it goes to the head and defrost, or where it blows to the feet only but to turn it off or on, hot or cold, high or low does not work anymore. The knobs will still turn but nothing is happening when turning it. Anyone knows what it could be??

Hi:

If the temperature isn't changing, the engine coolant is full, and both heater core hoses are getting hot when the vehicle is warm, I suspect the blend door actuator is bad.

The blend air door is what is responsible for changing the air temp entering the vehicle. If you take a look through this link, it explains in general how one is replaced but also includes common symptoms.

I attached a pic of the actuator on your vehicle.

Let me know if this helps.
