I think we need to back up and find out what the pressure is on the high and low side because that is going to tell us what is happening inside the system. Basically, you can have Freon, the compressor come on, and still have no pressure which will tell us what direction we need to go.

If you don't have a gauge set, then you can rent one from a local parts store. Just hook them up and check the pressure with the engine on and A/C off and then with the A/C on.
Get a video of the gauges or just record what the pressures are at the start (static) then when the compressor kicks on and off.
