A/C gauge fluctuates when connected to low pressure valve

So when I connect the gauge to recharge the A/C it fluctuates from low to the green then back to low after already adding coolant. Why is my A/C still blowing hot air?

Good afternoon,

Was the system totally out of Freon? If it was, you need to add exactly what the system calls for.

If you are topping off, you have to be careful not to overfill it.

Can you post a video of what you see with the gauges?
