After replacing the serpentine belt, both the A/C and the radiator fans are not working?

The car does not heat up and the gauge is on normal for the temperature. The A/C is blowing air.

You might have disconnected the wiring to the fan module, so please check that. here is a guide and the fuses we must check first before we move forward. This guide can help and the fuse location in both under hood and under dash fuse panels or in the images below.
