Blower motor stays on?

My wife came home last night and when she turned off the engine of the vehicle the A/C fan was running full blast. what do you think would be the culprit for this?

This sounds like the blower fan resistor is the issue. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
