A/C drain hose

In the pic below, the hose with the drop of water (leak), is that the A/C drain hose?

That is correct. This is the evaporator drain so when the cold air goes over the evaporator it causes it to sweat and this is the drain in the HVAC housing that allows the water out.

Take a look at the diagrams below. It is number 2 in the second one. However, your vehicle has a rubber hose attached to the end of it just to extend the water down past the other components so it leaks directly onto the ground.
