A/C does not work

A/C blows warm compressor doesn't come on, applied direct power to it still not coming on.
Power to FCM, yes.
Fuses good.
Installed new FCM, nothing.
Pulled off thermal switch on radiator Jumping #1 and 2 no low fans work.
Jumping #2&4 high fans work
Low pressure now reads high.
Any clues?
New clutch coil?
Pressure switch test?
Low pressure cut off switch?

Okay, so you applied 12 volts to the compressor clutch (pos to green wire ground to brown) and it didn't engage? If yes to that the clutch coil or air gap is the problem. Those connections bypass everything else and the clutch should engage at that point.
