A/C condenser fan not turning when A/C is on

Could this cause engine temperature to ride as well as warm air instead of cold?

Good morning,

If the A/C fan is not working, the A/C inside temperature would be warm at idle and cool off while driving.

If the engine is running hot, the A/C system will not perform correctly either.
