AC Condenser

my buddy cut the lines on my ac condenser and i believe my power steering and brake fluid cooler also when removing my radiator. do i need this for the car to be operational or will it just affect my ac?

No power steering equals harp to turn steering wheel. No brake fluid equal no stopping the vehicle. I seriously doubt your friend cut a brake fluid cooler . Are you sure it wasn't the trans cooler?

no its brake fluid and that i can hook back up but its the ac condenser i cant hook back up unless i replace the whole aluminum lines im guessing cuz they are clamped on both sides into aluminum lines

After you replace the lines you must evac and recharge the a/c system. You can still drive the vehicle with out a/c. Though it will be hard to steer without power steering.
