A/C compressor does not turn on

2006 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA

I recharged the system, changed the solenoid valve on the compressor and still nothing happens. Is there any way to run the compressor bypassing some sensors?

That compressor has an internal clutch so it is hard to tell if the compressor turns on or not. here is the wring diagrams so you can see how it works. there is a relay and fuses that run the system which I would check and check with a test light if the compressor is getting power.
