Air conditioner Compressor

The air conditioner compressor is not working and I live in Florida, where it gets very hot. I cannot seem to find my car in any scrapyard around here. Question: what other car can I find the compressor I need?

If your compressor went south, you have a lot more problems than just finding a compressor. When it lets go it contaminated the whole system which means at minimum you have to replace the condenser and dryer and I would not be looking in junkyard for those parts. If this is not done correctly, you will have an even bigger problem in the near future. You will also have to find out what caused the compressor to fail. The cooling fan is a prime suspect.
