A/C compressor

I have just replaced my A/C compressor it blows cold air then blows hot air.

Which engine, transmission and heater system do you have? Kia used different systems based on that information. Does it have manual controls or automatic for the heat/AC?

What was it doing before you replaced the compressor? The same thing?
The issue points to an issue with the temperature door actuator. Does it do this on both sides?
