A/C compressor clutch doesn't even attempt to engage. I have checked both fuses one for compressor and one for clutch.

Hi Ronald,
Here is the test for the AC clutch. However, have you check the Freon level? If the level is low then the PCM will prevent the clutch from coming on.

I tested with engine off pressure is 145.

That is pretty high for a system that is off. Normally it is around 70 PSI.
This is an electromagnetic clutch so as long as you have power at the compressor for the clutch, it seems that the clutch as failed.
Below is the procedure to replace the clutch depending on which one you have. However, I would run through the AC clutch test that I provide previously before you just replace it.
