Why is the A/C clutch not engaging?

For starts I have checked the compressor, clutch, and pulley and everything looks good. Checked freon by jumping clutch off from relay and hooking up gauges and Freon level is normal. I have noticed sometimes clutch can jump off from relay and sometimes it won’t. The relay is good, all switches and sensors have been tested and are good. Kind of stumped with this one although I have noticed I'm not getting ground at terminal 1 at magnetic clutch relay.

It sounds like the compressor clutch coil is bad which is common, but to be sure let's test for power at the compressor with the system switched on. Here is a guide to help you and the A/C system and compressor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which wire to check (violet).
