A/C clutch not engaging

A/C was blowing ice cold clutch cycled off never started back up has a full charge of r-12. A/C is working replaced A/C management relay under hood check high pressure switch works not getting any power to the clutch. Also the shift interlock went at the same time checked the fuse on right side kick panel was okay, but there are two relays do not know what operate do not know where to check now.

Check fusible links in fusible link box under hood first. Then check to see if amplifier is sending a signal in picture if it is, may be a broken wire to A/C. See pictures.

Found the problem got a wiring schematic it was the fuse for the ecu IG may have a short in the shift interlock but for now. The fuse is not blowing and the ac is working
