Hello,
My AC blows warm at all travel speeds. Compressor spins, electric condenser fan only works if jumped to 12 volts, fuses look good. Does the condenser fan circuit control the AC cooling operation? What should I check next?
Thanks for your help.

Any time we have an A/C issue of it blowing warm we need to start with checking the pressures.

If the compressor is spinning, then I suspect the system is full, but the compressor is not operating properly to build the pressure.

We will know this by what the pressures are.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

Once we know what the pressure is then we will have a better idea what to do next but if the pressure is correct when the compressor is off and low when it is on, then it is the compressor is the issue.

However, below is a chart that will show possible causes when this happens.

So, let's start with the pressures and go from there. Thanks
