A/C blows kind of cold but not cold enough?

New compressor, new A/C lines, recharged and refilled. Blows coolish but not A/C winter cold.

It sounds like you may have too much refrigerant or oil in the system, can you tell me the high and low side pressures and the outside temperature (approx.) when you get these readings, in the meantime please go over his video so we can be on the same page.
