AC Blows Hot Air

My AC wasn't working , Then I charged the system and it seemed to work great on pass side but drivers side was warmer and it does not have duel climate control that I know of.
worked fine until the fan motor started squealing so I replaced it and it worked the same for a couple weeks, Now it Blows HOT air when I turn the AC on.
AC motor turns when I turn AC on so was told it could be the condenser but don't know

It is unlikely to be the condenser. That may need to be replaced but I don't think that is what caused the issue.

I suspect the compressor has failed. However, we need to start at the beginning to ensure we find it and not miss something.

Basically we need to start with checking the pressure of the high and low side. Once we know what this is when the engine is off and when it is on and A/C is on.

This will tell us the next step if it doesn't tell us immediately what the issue is.

Below you will find a chart that will help with this but just because you put Freon in it, does not mean it is filled properly or didn't leak out again.

The fact that you had cold air on one side after adding some points to a leak issue but again, we need to get there and make sure.
