Here is the wiring diagram for the Blower motor circuit, it is very simple. The resistors control the blower motor speed by limiting current flow on the ground side where the resistors are. You need to have the switch on at least the low speed setting to read a ground on the Green/yellow wire.
Make sure to use a test light to be sure the circuit can carry at least a little current flow.
If there is no power on the Red/White wire, then you are dealing with an issue upstream. Try not to bend or press the resistor pack, they are fragile. It might be that the resistor is no good now. But the first real issue was probably power missing. So check the Blower Relay for power and ground.
*Note Ground G1 (Behind Left Kick Panel, drivers side) is the ground for the Blower Relay. Unplug the Blower motor and take out the relay, then using a test light hooked to Battery Positive, and see the test light lights up on any of the relays pins where it sits in the fuse box. This is to verify that Ground is good.
Next hook the test light to battery Negative and turn the key On, you should now have power on 2 of the 4 pins where the relay sits. One coming from the Blower Fuse 30Amp and the other coming from the ignition switched power.
I had a bad blower motor yesterday actually, and it turned out that the cable air filter was completely clogged preventing air flow. Burned out the blower motor and resistor.
So check the cable air filter if it has one while youre in there.
