I went to Auto Zone and got another Fan Control Relay, and it is still doing the same thing. Both the Fan Motor and Resistor have been replaced by Firestone, however, the Fan keeps running. I was told that I might have to take it to an electrical shop to see what is going on.

If you replaced the blower module the only thing left that controls the blower is the main HVAC control head in the dash. For testing you need to get to the connector on the rear of the control head. Then you unplug it, if the fan still runs there is a problem in the wiring between the control head and the blower control module. If it stops then you need to replace the control head itself. It doesn't require any programming and is plug and play.
