Blower is not working regardless of switch speed position

Blower is not working regardless of switch speed position. Cannot find where (exactly) the blower motor fuses and relays are in the vehicle.

If you have a test light, we can do some testing to find the failure.

The most common issue is the blower resistor on the heater blower box.
