Initially the blower would not come on at all when turning the speed dial. Found corrosion on the blower resistor and blower didn't come on with straight power, so replaced both. Turned ignition on and blower cane on and I thought all was good. Put a new battery as it was drained. Also, the electronic parking brake module was bad and had some water moisture around it in trunk on right side of trunk by fuse box, so I replaced it. Now when I turn the blower it stays on high or if I turn the car off sometimes it stays at low and won't respond to the speed dial. There was some corrosion on the blower connector which I cleaned. Is there a way to find out if any of the fuses in the back or if there is a relay that maybe gets stuck and located in the back that may be responsible for this?

The corrosion can be the problem, I would recheck and clean everything, if that is all good the blower motor speed control sounds like it is defective which is common with subpar parts. Here is the location of the blower motor resistor and motor for anyone else visiting this post. Check out the images (below).

Yes, I replaced the blower and resistor from amazon. I ordered a replacement resistor to see maybe it is defective.
